Cracked is a gourmet egg bar providing fast, healthy options at brekkie and lunch. Founded by Emily Bradshaw, Cracked is a pop-up about her love of all things eggs. We specialise in perfect omelettes, egg pots, frittatas and handcrafted egg sambos. We think eggs are superheroes and we love puns, obviously.
Cracked started in farmers markets and since then has been popping up in places around Dublin. Some of our cracking locations included Dublin city centre’s iconic Millenium Walkway and the eggquisite sea side town of Dalkey.
In 2017, we teamed up with leading corporate caterers BaxterStorey, where we served our egg based delights to customers in offices such as Paddy Power Betfair, Kerry Global, ESB, RTE, CarTrawler and lots of others.

I am passionate about food, branding and unique concepts. I have a long background in marketing and had the idea of setting up an omelette bar after I was made redundant from my marketing manager role in Paddy Power during the Betfair merger.

It’s hard to describe the way we feel about eggs, they’re like superheroes to us. We feel safe with them, knowing they will always be there packed full of their goodness and flavour, ready to fulfil their destiny. No matter how many times they are beaten down, they rise to the top with their soldiers beside them.
To us, this superfood has a personality and it’s like this: small but mighty, humble, underestimated and energetic. Superegg is healthy, gluten free, full of protein and sometimes paleo. He’s also comforting and reliable, reminding us that the simple things in life are the best.
